Jimma is a university city in south westerly Ethiopia. The Daughters of Charity, at St. Catherine’s House, have a number of projects in Jimma city including a community based rehabilitation programme for leprosy patients, a school for children with special needs, as well as a kindergarten and primary school. 

Volunteers are needed with pre-, primary or secondary teaching qualifications to run a summer programme for students in the Daughters of Charity primary school from July to August.
